Had an issue with toilet not flushing, so I called before business hours. T-Mark got back to be very quickly and had someone out less than 2 hours. The technician I had was Brian, and he was great. Let me watch the whole process of snaking the sewer line, and explained everything thoroughly. Very friendly, and overall I’m very happy it’s all fixed. Thank you!

Jon Stachura was totally professional, respectful and congenial. He was actually available two hours earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed the leak problem and offered best and worst case solutions for repair. Jon was mindful of the customers property. While he was initially expected to arrive between 12 & 2, he actually completed the job by 12:15pm. The job was not simple. It involved Jon opening a wall and removing a 125 year old section of iron plumbing stack and replacing with pvc pipe. Very pleased with his work. Thank you Jon and TMark!!!

T-Mark installed my air conditioning unit 4 years ago. Very pleased with their work. I recently had them out to do a look and tune up on my unit. Everything from scheduling an appointment, to the actual service being performed was top notch. “Big Mike” came out for the service and he was absolutely wonderful. On time, very friendly. Took the time to answer all my questions. I hope nothing ever breaks and I need service, but if I do T-Mark will be my first call. Highly recommend!
